How to prevent bad breath?

 

Bad breath is a foul-smelling complaint that is released outside during exhalation or speech. It is not always easy for the person to notice the bad breath himself. Therefore, a clearer answer can be obtained by asking relatives and friends in the immediate vicinity of the person. When bad breath is suspected, it is necessary to consult a dentist.

 

The first thing to question in the presence of bad breath is the person's own oral hygiene. To prevent bad breath, oral hygiene can be improved by brushing teeth after meals, flossing regularly every day, brushing prostheses, brushing the tongue, and increasing the use of mouthwashes. These are the simplest procedures on top of having regular dental examinations.
