Fluoride: is it necessary or harmful?

 

As too much of every substance can be harmful, too much luoride is harmful too. It must be applied by a dentist.

 

Fluoride has harmful effects on the system when swallowed as water or pills. However, the use of superficial fluoride processes performed by the dentist and the use of fluoride toothpastes in the amount and type recommended by the dentist have no harmful effect.

 

It is a fact that fluoride protects enamel from caries during acid attacks on teeth. Therefore, it should be used depending on the advice of your doctor.
